Start your day with a protein-rich breakfast that will entice any age under your roof!
Prep time: 15 minutes | Servings: 1 (add more ingredients per family member)
- Strip(s) of bacon (or turkey bacon alternative)
- Cheese variety (your choice), cut in long, skinny strips
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Side of juice
- Bread, pastry or oatmeal add-on
- Pan fry an egg or more as based on servings Microwave, skillet or air fry bacon, cut strips in half when done. Cut 6 or so long strips of desired cheese variety per serving. Grab a few blueberries. Time to fashion the plate (see picture above as guide), pour the juice, add bread selection, gulp down your coffee and rally the troops!
